Cromwell Athletics Club will be hosting a High  Jump Clinic the weekend 30 Sept / 01 Oct from Cromwell Primary School.

There are limited spaces for Central Otago Registered Athletes to participate, but anyone in the community can come and observe and learn the skills to take back to their clubs and schools.

Sessions:

Sat 30 Sept - 9:30am till 12noon for 11-14 year olds - Fosbury Flop Session

Sat 30 Sept - 1:00pm till 3:30pm for 9-10 year olds - Scissor Kick Session

Sun 01 Oct - 9:30am till 12noon for 11-14 year olds - Fosbury Flop Follow Up
