  1. Introduction
    "Athletics Otago invites all members to a season review where we’ll reflect on the successes, challenges, and opportunities from the 2024/25 senior track and field season. During this month, various groups—including athletes, coaches, officials, and others—have or will meet to discuss the season from their perspectives. Next it will be time to bring all these insights together in an open and collaborative meeting."

    • Date: 18th May
    • Time: 1pm -3pm
    • Location: Lounge level 2 Caledonian Grandstand
  3. Agenda:
    • What went well this season?
      • Celebrate successes, such as standout performances, effective event execution, increased athlete participation, or positive stakeholder feedback.
      • Be specific—highlight key achievements, memorable events, or initiatives that worked well.
    • What could we do better next season?
      • Reflect on challenges, areas for improvement, or situations that didn’t go as planned.
      • Consider event logistics, training programs, communication, or other operational aspects.
    • What can we do differently to enhance the experience for athletes, coaches, officials, and spectators?
      • Brainstorm new ideas or innovations to improve inclusivity, engagement, and satisfaction.
      • Examples might include updated event formats, enhanced coaching or official & athlete support.
    • Where do we go from here?
      • Discuss actionable goals and next steps for continuous improvement.
      • Suggestions could include  investing in resources, or implementing new practices.
