• Leadership and governance experience • Mentoring from experienced Board Members • Training and development opportunities • Insight into how sport is run at a regional level • A strong addition to your CV • A chance to influence youth participation and community sport
Young people aged 18–24 who are: • Passionate about athletics • Keen to contribute ideas and perspectives • Respectful, reliable, and open to learning • Interested in leadership, governance, or community impact
• Monthly Board meetings (approx. 2 hours) • Occasional workshops or events • Reading papers before meetings (Volunteer role)
